Retrieval of History Data:
The system maintains the entire data in a "Current" database. There is no archiving required. This is done without any significant loss of retrieval speed. Thus, at any point of time the user is able to generate reports for any period in the history.
On-line Document Printing:
All transactions entered in the system can be printed as computerized documents. This reduces manual document preparation work and duplication of efforts in terms of preparation/entry of document in the system. All document reprints will carry a word "REPRINT" on the document to distinguish between original & copy.
Integration with popular software:
The software provides a facility to link up with most commercially popular software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Crystal Report etc via ODBC connectivity. This allows the user to extract data from the database and perform ad-hoc analysis, generate analytical reports or graph the data.
