All positions are currently based Dubai, UAE but may involve transfer to other offices of Fayafi & associates around the world. Remuneration will be at par with industry standards and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Accounts & Administration Officer
The primary responsibility of the selected candidate will be to maintain accounts and carry out administrative tasks, including payroll & personnel management, visa processing etc. Ideal candidate will be graduate in commerce with at least 5 years experience in accounting and finalization. Experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
- Software Manager
Ideal candidate will be a graduate in information technology and have at least 5-8 years experience in development of software of which at least 3 years will be leading a team of software developers. Should be a self-starter with strong sense of responsibility and a long term view. Desired development experience should include CSP & Cache 5 platform, deploying web based solutions, sound knowledge of web technology, development of service industry solutions. Extensive knowledge of VB development platform required.
- Software Testing & Documentation Executive
Should be graduate in information technology with good knowledge of hospitality domain. Must have good command over English. Must be meticuluos in maintaining records. Prior experience in software testing and documentation is required.
- System Implementation Specialist - Front Office
Ideal candidates will have 3 to 5 years experience in hospitality industry with good hands-on knowledge of various functions including Night Audit, Cashiering, Reception, Reservation, POS Cashiering. Must have excellent communications ability, natural flair for teaching. The job involves extensive travelling both within and outside the country.
- System Implementation Specialist - Back Office
Ideal candidates will have 3 to 5 years experience in hospitality industry with good hands-on knowledge of various back office functions including Accounts, Inventory Management, Finance related Front Office functionality. Must have excellent communications ability, natural flair for teaching. The job involves extensive travelling both within and outside the country. |
